We host the contents of our website with the following provider:

Provider: Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA.
Vercel is a cloud platform service through which our website is served. Serverless Functions are executed exclusively in the Frankfurt (eu-central-1, fra1) region. Static content is distributed via Vercel's global Edge network. When visiting our website, the following data is automatically collected and stored on Vercel's servers:
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Referrer URL
- Time of access
External hosting is carried out for the purpose of fulfilling our contract with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offering by a professional provider (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
Retention period: Server logs are stored for a maximum of 30 days.
Third-country transfer: Vercel is headquartered in the USA. Functions and data processing take place in Frankfurt (EU). For the company headquarters in the USA, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) pursuant to Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) are in place. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) has been concluded.

After termination of your customer account, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days, unless legal retention obligations apply. Invoice data will be retained for 10 years in accordance with tax law requirements (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB).

5. Payment Processing and Third-Party Services
Payment Processing (Stripe)
We use the payment service provider Stripe for payment processing.
Provider: Stripe, Inc., 354 Oyster Point Blvd, South San Francisco, CA 94080, USA. In the EU: Stripe Technology Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Ireland.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
Data processed: The following data is transmitted to Stripe during the payment process:
- Name and email address
- Billing address
- Selected payment method and associated payment data
- Transaction amount and details
- IP address and browser data
Important: We do not store any credit card or bank account data ourselves. All payment data is processed and stored directly by Stripe. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.
Retention period: Stripe stores transaction data in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable legal retention periods.
Third-country transfer: Stripe is headquartered in the USA. Data transfer is based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) pursuant to Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF).

Database and Authentication (Supabase)
We use Supabase for the storage of user data and user authentication of our SaaS services.
Provider: Supabase, Inc., 970 Toa Payoh North #07-04, Singapore 318992. Hosting is provided via Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the eu-central-1 region (Frankfurt am Main, Germany).
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure authentication).
Data processed:
- Email address
- Password (stored encrypted, hashed)
- Login timestamps and session data
- IP address
- Usage data within the application
Retention period: Data is stored until account deletion. After termination, personal data is deleted within 30 days; backups are deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
Data location: EU (AWS Frankfurt am Main). No third-country transfer takes place.

Email Delivery (Mailjet)
We use the Mailjet service for sending transactional emails (e.g. invoices, password resets, notifications).
Provider: Mailjet SAS, 13-13bis Rue de l'Aubrac, 75012 Paris, France (Sinch Group). Hosting takes place in the EU.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in reliable communication).
Data processed:
- Recipient's email address and name
- Email content
- Technical metadata (open and click data, where technically necessary)
Retention period: Email logs are stored for a maximum of 30 days. Contact data is stored until deletion.
Data location: EU. No third-country transfer takes place.
